Luke pretended to be Percy's friend in the first book but betrayed him in the end. Luke worked for Kronos before he defeated him in the final book. He owns a sword named Backbiter that is half metal and half celestial bronze so it can kill both humans and monsters. Annabeth loved Luke and that was a great weakness for her when he turned against the gods. Luke gave his body to Kronos after going in the Styx. He made a difference in the end when he struck himself with Annabeth's knife which also defeated the Titan lord.
