Percy Jackson is the main character of the story. He is the son of Poseidon which lets him move water, breath underwater, and stay dry if he wants to. He owns a magical sword called Riptide which looks like a pen until he uncaps it. Riptide was made by Zoe Nightshade and it always returns to his pocket. Percy has had many adventures like returning the master bolt and stealing the Golden fleece from Polyphemus. Percy discovered that a cyclops named Tyson was his half-brother and Tyson helped Percy and his friends in the Sea of Monsters and the Labyrinth. Percy met other new friends like Rachel who was a love interest before she became the new oracle. He also met Nico Di Angelo who is the son of Hades. Percy Jackson and the other demigods who hadn't turned against the gods had to defend Olympus from Kronos and the other Titans. Luke took his body back from Kronos in the end. Percy chose to give Luke Annabeth's knife and he took the knife and struck himself so Kronos would go back to Tartarus. Percy Jackson started dating Annabeth after Kronos was defeated. The gods gave Percy any wish so Percy told them to claim every demigod before the age of thirteen, to treat the minor gods fairly, and for people not to be punished because of their ancestry.
