Chiron is a centaur and the activities director at Camp Half-Blood. Chiron is very skilled with bow and arrow and has trained many great heroes like Hercules. The gods granted Chiron the wish that he could teach demigods until he was no longer needed. Chiron has helped Percy train and revealed the Great Prophecy to him. Chiron hides his legs in a wheelchair when he is around mortals. He also went undercover as Mr.Brunner who was a Latin teacher at Yancy Academy and taught Percy Greek Mythology. Chiron is Kronos' son and his mother abandoned him at birth because of his appearance.
